Extraction station

KNOLL extraction stations convey metal chips fully automatically from machine tools or collection points to the central extraction system.

For short chips, small parts and sludge.

For short, ferromagnetic chips and small parts (e.g. stampings).

For transporting metal chips and small parts.

For transporting laser, punching and sheet metal parts.

For side installation on single units and transfer lines. With pump back tank, return pump(s) and chip reducer (optional).

Supplied return pump station for placement on individual machines and transfer lines. Particularly suitable for lubricoolant and chips produced during cutting operations on materials such as steel, cast iron or aluminum.

For side installation on machine tools which produce small amounts of chips, particularly grinders. With pump back tank and return pump(s).

For integration into machine beds. With pump back tank, screw conveyor(s) and chip reducer (optional). For steel only suitable to a limited extent.

Integrated return pump station for integration into a machine bed. Particularly suitable for coolant and chips produced during cutting operations on materials such as steel, cast iron or aluminum.
