Walter Knoll founded his one-man business in Bad Saulgau in Upper Swabia.

Trade fair participation with consequences: KNOLL Maschinenbau achieves a breakthrough at the trade fair for metalworking (FAMETA).

The company moves into its own premises. The new building is located on Schwarzachstraße in Bad Saulgau. This is still KNOLL's location today.

The first product in KNOLL's history. Maintenance-free hydrocyclones separate the dirt particles. The system mainly supplies grinding machines with cleaned emulsion.

Innovative screw pump for high-pressure supply to machine tools. The silicon carbide screw housing guarantees a long service life. KNOLL not only installs KTS screw pumps in its own systems, but also supplies them directly to external customers. 

VRF
Alternative for filter systems with filter fleece. The VRF combines a backflushable filter drum and a sedimentation tank with a scraper belt. This enables a reliable, fully automatic supply of cooling lubricant to machine tools.

VL
High-performance filter with continuous roll for grinding machines. The innovative vacuum technology not only ensures high throughput, but also a thick and dry filter cake.

KF
Together with the KTS pump, this is KNOLL's most successful product. The KF modular compact filter is the central component of filter and supply systems for metal-cutting machine tools. Available with filter fleece or continuous roll. 

MicroPur®
Ultra-fine filter with a separation efficiency of up to 1 µm. At its heart are star-shaped filter cartridges that can be backflushed. Used when grinding HSS, carbide, and cast iron.

RIK
It couldn't be more space-saving. The RIK transports the chips out of the machine and crushes them. The system then pumps the mixture of chips and cooling lubricant to the central system. 

TSS
Transports assemblies in line assembly and logistics.

P-40 
The hingeless slat band improves chip separation and ensures a long service life. Also ideal for disposal from laser cutting, punching, and nibbling machines.
