Philipp Bock joined the management board of KNOLL Maschinenbau GmbH in 2026. As an engineer and business economist, he is responsible for Sales and Marketing. His many years of experience in the metal-cutting industry, combined with his close connection to customers and markets, strongly shape his work.
It all began in 1970 with Walter Knoll, who founded this mechanical engineering company as a one-man operation. The company's history is impressive - the company has been on a consistent growth course since the very beginning: Its product line has been expanded consistently, world markets conquered, and employees hired.
Our common values and goals are the prerequisite for the success of our company. The „Company Principles“ documents these values and goals for our employees, business partners, and the public. It indicates our requirements and standards. Against this background we have formulated guidelines that are specified in our company principles and company goals as well as in the management and employee principles. They are binding for all of our employees. In the further course of the company principles, we will use the term „employees“, which refers to all employees, whether male or female.
