Areas of application

The KNOLL high-pressure unit LubiCool®-XS is a mobile high-pressure unit for chip-forming machine tools, in particular sliding headstock automatic lathes used in micro-machining. The unit is used for cleaning the cooling lubricant and for supplying the machine with high pressure.

It is suitable, among other things:

Description

The transferpump conveys the contaminated coolant from the machine tool into the filter element.
The filter element separated very small chips, fine particles, and foreign matter from the coolant.
The cleaned coolant flows into the filter chamber.
The high-pressure pump supplies the machine tool with cleaned coolant via switchable outlets.
An LED-status indicator enables monitoring of the operating states of the high-pressure unit.
