Supplementary components play a vital role in the efficiency and process stability of modern production systems. Whether for temperature control, fluid maintenance, or chip handling, the right accessories optimally support existing systems and ensure reliable, cost-effective operation.

Flow-through coolers

Flow-through cooling units are used to cool the cooling lubricants and other media from production or process systems. As high-performance flow-through units, they are used to dissipate excess heat.

Immersion coolers

Immersion coolers are used to cool the cooling lubricants and other media from production processes. Designed for space-saving installation directly in the tank, they are used to dissipate excess heat.

Heaters

Heaters are used to warm up cooling lubricants or other media. Scheduled power-on times before the start of production reduce production ramp-up times.

Plate heat exchangers

Plate heat exchangers reliably transfer heat generated in processes from oil or cooling lubricant circuits to a separate cooling medium. The heat exchange takes place via a compact plate system. This enables an efficient separation of the media while maintaining a high cooling capacity.

Tramp oil separators

Tramp oil separators remove tramp oils and contaminants from cooling lubricants and other fluids. This extends the service life of the media used, reduces disposal costs, and prevents skin diseases.

Magnetic separators

Magnetic separators remove ferromagnetic contaminants from cooling lubricants without the use of filter aids.

Chip centrifuges

Chip centrifuges automatically remove oil from short metal chips. This process recovers cooling lubricant, simplifies disposal, and ensures compliance with legal regulations regarding chip disposal.

Chip presses

Chip presses compact chips into briquettes with low residual moisture. This procedure reduces volume, recovers cooling lubricant, and simplifies disposal.

Lifting/tipping units

Lifting and tipping units are suitable for emptying chip carts or material containers. Automated tipping into containers, chip crushers, or centrifuges ensures smooth material flow and minimizes manual handling. 

Chip carts

Chip carts are used to catch, collect, and safely transport metal chips and other machining residues. They are typically positioned beneath a conveyor or directly next to the machine so that the chips fall into it automatically. The carts can then be easily moved to a disposal area or a press and emptied there.
