Flexitime and overtime arrangements


At KNOLL, we have core working times, but you are free to decide when you start and when you finish your daily work – of course in agreement with your supervisor and/or your team. That makes it easier to flexibly plan personal appointments and organise family life. Overtime can be taken in the form of time off in lieu or, if necessary, can be paid, in agreement.

Friendly working environment


Modern equipment and a pleasant climate await you at your workplace. Bright rooms, flooded with daylight are standard for us, even in the production halls. Ergonomics and back-friendliness are extremely important to us. This is demonstrated by the soft floor linings for working standing up and stand-up workplaces in the offices.

Healthy with KNOLL


We have installed a comprehensive active and prevention offer to promote the health of our employees. This includes, for example, the company's own sports offerings such as spinning and yoga, and team days with canoeing and climbing events. KNOLL Social


We are firmly rooted in the region and we accept our social responsibility. The company's founder, Walter Knoll, once laid the basis for this with the Bad Saulgau Civic Trust. Here, we are involved in youth support and care for the elderly, we assist social insitutions in the region, and support the preservation of historical monuments, to name just a few examples. We operate an exchange program with a disabled workshop through the KNOLL inclusion project with the OWB and we help to provide an answer to current challenges for our society by integrating refugees.

KNOLL open


We don't just do sports ourselves; we are also the main sponsor and the name giver of the KNOLL Open ladies world-ranking tennis tournament, which is known well beyond the region. This is where internationally well-known names from the world of tennis meet. An attractive fringe program makes the tournament a popular event.
