KNOLL Maschinenbau GmbH is expanding its management team, thereby taking another important step as part of its long-term corporate development. Effective September 1, 2026, Philipp Bock will join the management team of the Bad Saulgau-based family-owned company. He will initially assume responsibility for the Sales and Marketing divisions. At a later date, his area of responsibility will be expanded to include service.

By expanding its management team, KNOLL aims to continue the company’s successful development over the long term, ensure continuity, and simultaneously provide new impetus for the future. The appointment of Philipp Bock is also another building block in the company’s long-term, structured succession plan.

The areas under Mr. Bock’s responsibility play a central role in KNOLL’s market positioning, the support of international customers, and the sustainable development of its service portfolio. By consolidating these market-oriented functions under a single, clear line of responsibility, the company aims to further shorten decision-making processes, optimize interfaces, and consistently strengthen its customer focus.

Philipp Bock holds a Bachelor of Engineering with a focus on International Technical Sales, a Master of Engineering in Product Development and Manufacturing, and an MBA in International Management. In addition, he brings many years of experience in leadership roles at well-known companies in the machining industry. His extensive knowledge of the market and customers, combined with his technical expertise and business acumen, provide a valuable foundation for his new role at KNOLL.

“With Philipp Bock, we are gaining a leader who is an excellent fit for KNOLL, both professionally and personally,” said Managing Director Matthias Knoll. “His experience and customer focus will provide important momentum for the continued development of our company. Together, we want to continue KNOLL’s success story and further expand our market position.”

For customers and business partners, the expansion of the executive team represents a further strengthening of the company’s sales and market-oriented divisions. KNOLL is thus underscoring its commitment to remaining a reliable partner in the future and to supporting its customers worldwide with innovative solutions and a high standard of service.

As an internationally active family-owned company, KNOLL employs more than 1,000 people worldwide. The company develops and manufactures conveying and filtration systems as well as pumps for metalworking, and also implements solutions for demanding automation and digitization tasks in production.
