For many years, KNOLL Maschinenbau has been developing and producing displacement and dosing pumps that are widely accepted in industries such as mechanical engineering, automotive, chemical, pharma, and foods. The KNOLL KTSV screw pump and the KNOLL MX progressing cavity pump are well-suited for the low-pulsation dosing of high-viscosity products; they are used especially in the food and chemical industries. The essential characteristic of the modularly-constructed MX pump is its model with EvenWall®-technology, with which it can build up great pressures and simultaneously convey its transport medium with few pulsations. The evenly-generated rate of delivery is of special advantage if there should be dosing immediately afterward. The KTSV screw pump distinguishes itself through its compact design and great versatility. It is suitable for products with viscosities from 0.5 to 2,000,000 mPas and is adjusted by KNOLL engineers individually to customer requirements if necessary. Thanks to its very low pulsation, the KTSV can also be used for numerous dosing tasks.
