With the establishment of the sixth subsidiary, we are successfully implementing our international expansion plans. KNOLL UK Ltd. starts on 01.01. 2023 and replaces our previous trading partner. The aim of the newly founded subsidiary is to expand business in England, Wales, Ireland and Scotland through local presence. Service tasks will be handled as before by Jonathan Slater of Varley Systems Eng. Ltd. Jo Bonney, a long-time and experienced BMG employee, will manage the company in the UK.
